Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit a project request, we may receive your name, email address, country, brand or company name, website or Instagram address, project type, estimated budget, preferred contact method and the project description you choose to provide.

We do not ask for payment-card details, passwords or other credentials through the project request form.

How we use your information

We use submitted information to review your inquiry, evaluate project fit, reply to you, verify the email address you provided, prevent abuse and protect the website. We do not sell the information submitted through the project form.

Security and anti-spam

To protect the form, the application may temporarily process limited technical information such as an IP address for rate limiting, duplicate detection and security. This information is used only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and is not intended to create a marketing profile.

Cloudflare Turnstile

SORIEL uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and protect forms from spam and abuse. Turnstile may process security signals necessary to provide this protection. For details, see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Email verification and service providers

A verification email may be sent after a project request is submitted. We also use service providers needed to host the website, deliver email and protect the form. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and contact

We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for project communication, security and legitimate business records. If you have a privacy question or want to request deletion of information you submitted, contact soriel.design@gmail.com.
